When the fiftieth card is claimed, the founding edition closes and Introcard moves to its launch price.

Paid in full today. Estimated dispatch January 2027. If the date moves, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund. Cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, and you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Pre-order and refund policy.

When will my card arrive?

Dispatch is estimated for January 2027. It is an estimate, not a promise: if it moves, we will email you with the new date straight away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Why do I pay now?

Your payment funds the manufacture of the founding edition. You pay once, in full, at checkout. There are no further charges and no subscription.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel at any time before your card is dispatched and we refund you in full. After delivery you still have 14 days to change your mind under UK consumer law. Email hello@introcard.co.uk.

What is a founding number?

The first fifty cards are numbered in order of purchase, from No. 1 to No. 50. Numbers 1 to 9 went to our earliest supporters, so new orders start at No. 10. Your number appears on your profile badge and in the letter that comes with your card.

Do I need an app?

No. iPhone and most Android phones read the card with a tap. Any phone camera can scan the QR code.

Is there a subscription?

No. Your card includes your digital profile, custom links and analytics, with no monthly fee.

Can I update my details later?

Yes, as often as you like. Change your photo, role, links or contact details and every tap shows the latest version. The card itself never needs replacing.

What happens after the fiftieth card?

The founding edition closes. Introcard continues at £59, and the Founding Partner perks are not offered again.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and any costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
